Roles and Responsibilities
Create and maintain annual Operating Plans and quarterly forecasts for both internal and external customersLead process that signals financial risk exposure to the Edison Works business through termination liability analysisControl Account Manager (CAM) for Program Management budgetExecute Program Work Authorizations based on formal government contract modificationsPrepare program management metrics to include cost and schedule data at the Monthly Program Reviews (MPRs)Work directly with finance, manufacturing, scheduling, program management and engineering teams to meet all customer requests, monthly deadlines, and reporting requirementsDevelop and implement business operations best practices and processes to improve efficiencyAssist and collaborate with the Program Manager to help identify areas of risk and opportunitiesProactive communication with external customers for business and financial operationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business, finance, manufacturing, sourcing, and/or project managementAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security ClearanceDesired Characteristics
Program Management Professional (PMP) CertificationProven experience supporting executive level meetings and strategy reviewsProven experience supporting broad cross-functional teamsExperience with earned value management (EVM)Comfortable presenting analytical data to both internal and external customersAnalytical and energetic nature, driven desire for efficient process controlSelf-motivated and motivated to learn and teachEffective problem identification and solving skillsDemonstrated lean and continuous improvementAbility to document, plan and execute programsThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
