Senior Program Manager – Technical
Location: Bellevue, WA - Onsite role (5 days a week)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead and manage enterprise programs from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes. This role requires a proactive leader who can take copious notes, create detailed action plans, and hold team members accountable for their deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead and manage enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to guide program development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and progress reports.Accountability: Hold team members accountable for their deliverables, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Performance Tracking: Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to senior leadership.Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on enterprise programs.Technical Skills: Strong technical background with experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or related areas. Telecom experience a bonus.Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of achieving results and driving projects to successful completion.At Concentrix, we provide customer experience solutions that may involve handling sensitive data. The base salary range for this position is $109,749- $164,623, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
