Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. **Raytheon - Advance** **Products Solution (APS)** is seeking a **Senior Program Manager -Production to support a program area within** **the Radio Frequency (RF)** **Solutions** **SSBU.** **What You Will Do** + Manage profit and loss, AOP development and execution, and program Estimate at Completions (EACs) + Coordinate and align interactions, dependencies, and transactions between customers and other performing parties + Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with the customer + Multidisciplinary team leadership, internal and external program reviews, and program development through direct customer engagement, proposal preparation, supplier management, program management status reporting, and generation of work authorizations, statements of work (SOWs), and specifications + Execute daily PM cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments + Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership **Qualifications You Must Have** + Bachelor’s degree and 10 years minimum of relevant experience to include program and/or project management, integrated product team lead (IPTL), or cost account management (CAM) + Experience leading cross-functional teams + Supplier management experience + Experience supporting production programs + Experience using one or more of the following program management tools: Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Estimate at Completions (EACs), Risk and Opportunity Management, etc **Qualifications We Prefer** + Demonstrated results creating and maintaining strong executivelevel relationships withsuppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers + Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs + Experience working oversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary **What We Offer** + Our valuesdrive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
