The Senior Program Manager - Information Techology will lead strategic alignment, governance, and execution excellence across a portfolio of technology and enterprise programs. Establish and enforce PMO standards to ensure robust delivery, manage risks, and optimize resources. Guide and mentor a team of project managers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive timely delivery of objectives within scope and budget to achieve business goals and enhance organizational performance.

Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects or programs for On-Board Connectivity and Entertainment, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goalsPartner with senior leadership to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Establish and enforce project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the PMO.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate program status, and ensure expectations are managed effectively.
