Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with deep technical expertise in IT warehouse operations and regulatory compliance. - 12+ years of progressive experience in IT warehouse strategy and operations - Proven expertise in designing warehouse operational models and automation systems - Demonstrated success in managing bonded warehouses within SEZ/STPI framework - Strong track record of implementing predictive analytics in inventory management - Experience architecting multi-site distribution strategies - Deep understanding of IT asset lifecycle management - Proven ability to transform warehouse operations through technology integration Preferred Qualifications - Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field - Experience implementing AI-driven inventory optimization solutions - Knowledge of emerging warehouse automation technologies - Background in developing compliance frameworks for regulated environments - Expertise in capacity planning and demand forecasting - Track record of pioneering innovative distribution models - Experience with strategic transformation initiatives - Understanding of IT asset management complexities - Certification in warehouse management systems - Experience leading technology-driven operational changes Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
