Job Description
Your duties may include but are not limited to:
External/Marketplace • Partner with AGS Sales/Program Operations teams to build relationships with key clients in region to develop an understanding of their business and promote DEI as a critical imperative.
• Recognize and respond to regional and individual client needs and provided tailored strategies and solutions. • Assist Global BD with RFP’s and client proposal providing alternative strategies to support the needs of AGS clients.
• Acts as a DEI subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, knowledge and taking a balanced consultative and systemic approach to enable clients to capitalize on DEI for global success through strategic and tactical/operational execution.
• Provide direction and leadership related to strategically integrating and operationalizing DEI into all aspects of the client environment upon request.
• Facilitate and moderate high-profile events, workshops and training with external stakeholders in attendance.
• Represent AGS diversity strategy efforts externally, ensuring awareness, involvement, and contributions as appropriate. Internal/Workforce & Workplace
• Drive cultural change in support of AGS ability to attract and retain world-class diverse talent
• Design and pilot programs to retain and develop diverse talent with ability to measure thru metrics and other methods.
• Facilitate and moderate high-profile events, workshops and training with internal stakeholders in attendance.
• Assist with planning budget for training and resources needs related to India specific DEI efforts.
• Maintain existing programs (ERGs, training programs, external events, etc) and leading new initiatives tailored specifically for India employees and clients.
• Build strong relationships with senior business leaders in region to develop an understanding of the business and promote DEI as a critical imperative.

• 7+years of business experience vs solely focused on DEI
• 4+ years of demonstrated success in contributing to and executing DEI strategies and solutions either as the primary function or in addition to core duties in other related roles (HR, recruiting, program mgt)
• Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to build relationships, influence, work across a complex matrix, bring together the collective group, and drive overarching messaging/action/results is critical
