Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior Program Manager to join our Commercial Services PMO team. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and teams across Commercial Services and other key business functions to drive some of Hyatt's most strategic and high-impact initiatives. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead large, complex, and highly visible programs from strategy through execution, bringing stakeholders together around a shared vision, navigating critical dependencies, and delivering outcomes that advance Hyatt's business priorities and help create exceptional experiences for customers, members, and guests. **The Role**
• Own and lead program strategy, execution, and delivery for large-scale, business-critical initiatives
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Lead cross-functional coordination while managing dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations
• Partner with senior leadership to define program objectives, priorities, and success metrics
• Deliver executive-level communications, reporting, and strategic updates to stakeholders
• Drive accountability, alignment, and decision-making across business and technology teams
• Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Identify opportunities to enhance and standardize program management processes and best practices
• Mentor and support junior program and project managers to strengthen team capabilities

**Qualifications:**
**Experience Required:**
· 10 years of experience in program/project management
· Comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments spanning business, operations, loyalty, product and technology teams
· Experience working with senior leadership stakeholders
· Hospitality industry with the ability to think beyond delivery to operational adoption and end-user experience, particularly at the property or customer level
· Familiarity with agile, innovation, or iterative delivery approaches preferred
· Clear, concise communicator capable of translating complex initiatives into actionable priorities, risks, decisions, and status updates for diverse audiences
· Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
**Experience Preferred:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Product Management, Hospitality Management, Project Management or related field

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
