Senior Program Manager

Key Responsibilities\n•\tSystem Implementation & Configuration\no\tDeploy and configure Primavera P6 (or equivalent tool) for Vehicle Program use.\no\tDevelop customized dashboards, workflows, and reporting aligned with stakeholder needs.\no\tIntegrate workstreams including Design, Engineering, Operations, and Enterprise functions.\n•\tProgram Scheduling & Integration\no\tCreate and maintain a consolidated master timeline across all vehicle program phases.\no\tDefine tasks, durations, dependencies, and milestones across functional workstreams.\no\tAlign schedules with resource allocation, risk management, and program deliverables.\n•\tCross-Functional Collaboration\no\tFacilitate integration planning sessions with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Enterprise leaders.\no\tImplement collaboration workflows for schedule updates and dependency tracking.\no\tConduct validation workshops with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.\n•\tTraining & Knowledge Transfer\no\tDevelop and deliver training programs (pilot, full workstream, and rollout phases).\no\tCreate user guides, quick reference sheets, and training materials.\no\tLead train-the-trainer sessions and ongoing knowledge reinforcement activities.\n•\tGovernance & Reporting\no\tEstablish executive-level dashboards and reports for schedule visibility.\no\tMonitor adherence to timelines, critical paths, and resource usage.\no\tProvide regular progress updates and status reports to leadership.\n•\tPost-Implementation Support\no\tLead system optimization based on user feedback.\no\tEnsure integration with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM).\no\tProvide ongoing support, documentation, and system maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
