This position is responsible for supporting key operational rhythms and processes for the OCI Media & Multicloud organization. Reporting to the SVP's Chief of Staff, this role will assist with running day-to-day operations and strategic direction for the organization, specifically by supporting various bizops functions around hiring and resource management. 

Scope

You'll work closely with the CoS to to translate org strategy into actions and/or projects that achieve leadership's expected outcomes. You'll broadly support the org through management of various rhythm of business operations, thinking deeply and tactically about how to achieve excellence through our processes and procedures.

This is a role that offers broad exposure to the OCI organization and will oversee and ensure the success of operations critical to the delivery of our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and will require effective engagement across multiple OCI teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to contribute to the planning, design, and execution of processes with the product team and engineering. They will drive decision-making and initiative implementation to achieve measurable impact for the organization. They'll need to be curious and enjoy figuring out solutions to ambiguous problems, while focusing on making rapid data-driven decisions to enable 1. the team to operate more efficiently and 2. leadership to get the reporting that they need to make decisions. Finally, the successful candidate will bias towards action and take feedback in stride, constantly iterating to deliver the best possible information for executive review.
