ANALYGENCE is seeking a Senior Program Manager in support of NSWC Philadelphia. The Senior Program Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and management for complex Navy programs under Department 50. This role requires a proactive leader capable of coordinating multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and technical requirements, and interfacing effectively with Navy stakeholders and contractor teams.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Manage all aspects of program/project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of program objectives.Track program performance metrics, prepare status reports, and communicate project progress to Navy stakeholders.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Develop, maintain, and enforce program management plans, including documentation required by Navy standards and regulations.Interface directly with NSWC Philadelphia leadership to align program goals with organizational objectives.Support acquisition, contract, and technical review processes as needed.Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.Minimum 10 years of professional experience in program/project management, preferably in a Department of Defense or Navy environment.Active TS/SCI ClearancePMP or equivalent certification preferredDemonstrated experience managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
