The Senior Program Manager will oversee complex aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace's priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). Vandalia is also home to a product development lab where operators and engineers work together to invent the future of flight. **Job Description** **Role & Responsibilities** + **Program Leadership** : Lead and manage aerospace programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to SQDC principles. + **Stakeholder Management** : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. + **Project Planning** : Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. + **Risk Management** : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success. + **Performance Monitoring** : Track program progress, report on key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed. + **Continuous Improvement:** Apply lean principles to optimize program processes and outcomes. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university + A minimum of 8years of experience in program management **Additional Information** + This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Citizens.
