A leading global organization is seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Managers across multiple business verticals. In this role, you will manage large-scale, complex initiatives that span several teams and functions. You will bring clarity to highly ambiguous situations, sometimes where even the strategic direction is still evolving. The role demands the ability to influence without authority, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive programs to successful outcomes.
This position requires a strong bias for action, sound judgment, and a data-driven mindset. You will be responsible for identifying risks early, making trade-off decisions, setting up contingency plans, and escalating issues when appropriate. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of solving complex operational challenges and delivering results through collaboration and analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and proactively identify potential issues before they impact performance
Analyze fragmented datasets to generate actionable insights
Develop and manage performance metrics that drive business outcomes
Lead initiatives focused on root cause analysis and process improvement
Escalate problems or variances in operating plans and ensure timely resolution
Operate under tight timelines to meet critical business objectives
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to share operational updates, business risks, and strategic plans
Collaborate across diverse internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of dependent components
Create structured documents that present customer pain points, business opportunities, supporting data, stakeholder inputs, and recommendations to drive high-level decisions
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program or project management
Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive performance improvements
Proven experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and reporting outcomes to senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence
Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, organizational development, or a related field
