Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. This is a senior management role requiring a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple programs within the government sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management. Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree from an accredited institution. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Minimum of 20 years of experience in program management, preferably within the government sector. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
