We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who will lead program management for the GenAI insights assistant initiative and the existing business reporting workstream. This is a highly cross-functional role — you’ll plan and drive delivery, manage dependencies and risks, operationalize SLAs, and run change management. You will ensure that short-term reporting needs are met reliably while preparing reusable, governed data artifacts and processes that the GenAI assistant will consume.

Key job responsibilities
- Program planning & execution: Create and maintain integrated program roadmaps and release plans for two charters - GenAI Insights Assistant & standard business reporting; run weekly status reviews and monthly steering sessions.
- Dependency & risk management: Track cross-team dependencies (data sources, infra, model readiness); surface and mitigate risks early; run escalations when needed.
- SLA & reliability governance: Define and track SLAs for report freshness/accuracy and GenAI product readiness (e.g., dataset freshness, retrieval accuracy, conversational latency targets); coordinate remediation.
- Operational readiness & launch: Define readiness and run release readiness checklists for dashboard rollouts and GenAI feature launches (data contracts, QA, security review, runbooks).
- Compliance & audit: Coordinate with Governance, Security, and Legal to ensure compliance, data access, and audit requirements are met for both analytics and model retrieval paths.
- Stakeholder engagement & adoption: Gather requirements, prioritize intake, run stakeholder demos, and lead adoption/change management (training materials, playbooks, communications).
- Metrics & impact tracking: Define program KPIs and ROI measures (reduction in manual analysis, dashboard adoption, GenAI adoption, time-to-insight) and report progress to leadership.
- Continuous improvement: Improve delivery processes, and scale repeatable playbooks for onboarding new sources or features.
