Senior Program Manager, PMO
**What you will do** As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead multiple projects and the people managing them. You will be responsible for delivering complex programs or entire portfolios of projects, ensuring that structure, resources, and execution are aligned for optimal success. You may also lead a large, strategically critical initiative where meeting key milestones, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely communication are essential to the program’s success. + Lead and manage multiple complex programs or project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful execution from initiation through completion. + Develop program charters, design and development plans, and maintain synergy across interrelated projects while evaluating trade-offs and prioritizing efforts for maximum impact. + Define, manage, and optimize program scope in collaboration with business unit leadership, ensuring strategic alignment across cross-functional initiatives. + Create, maintain, and analyze integrated program schedules, including major milestones and critical paths, to proactively identify risks and scheduling conflicts. + Develop and manage program budgets with cross-functional leaders, monitor costs, and implement strategies to drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality. + Establish and lead risk management planning, including risk identification, analysis, response planning, and mentoring others in effective risk management practices. + Allocate and manage cross-functional resources across programs, provide feedback to functional managers, and mentor project managers and team members to build capability and accountability. + Build strong stakeholder relationships and develop strategies for managing expectations, while contributing to organizational planning and aligning tactical execution with long-term strategic goals. **What you need** **Required Qualifications** + Minimum of a bachelor’s degree + Minimum of 10 years of work experience within engineering or technical discipline with 5 years of project management experience including project strategy development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement **Preferred Qualifications** + MS and/or MBA preferred + Experience in leading clinical application development programs + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PgMP or equivalent $129,600.00 - $286,500.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
