Buyer Risk Prevention (BRP) designs and builds the software systems, risk models and operational processes that minimize risk and maximize trust in Amazon. Not only do we protect all aspects of the Amazon shopping experience, we also deliver services to large and small merchants hosted on the Amazon platform. In addition, we evaluate new business opportunities from across the company to determine how we can minimize the risk associated with new initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs that will shape the future of Amazon Business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional programs driving strategic business initiatives. Core responsibilities include managing end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder relationships, and developing comprehensive roadmaps. They create and maintain program goals, deliver executive communications, drive governance, and track key metrics. Strategic management involves data-driven prioritization, risk mitigation, and establishing scalable processes for operational efficiency. The role requires partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams, delivering quarterly impact assessments, and developing innovative approaches to enhance decision-making and solution adoption in complex environments. The manager ensures effective organizational controls, timely project completion, and drives complex projects with a focus on measurable outcomes. Communication responsibilities include leading weekly metrics, quarterly business review meetings, identifying root causes, creating action plans, and holding the team accountable for program deliverables. Success in this role demands strategic thinking, influence without direct authority, and the ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities and distributed teams.
