Paid Time Off (PTO) 4. 401(k) Plan Learn more about our benefits here: https://www.amazon.jobs/en/internal/benefits/us-benefits-and-stock Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience of Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques - If you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you! The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
