Senior Program Manager, Emerging Tech and Product

Join Amazon PLX team as Sr. Program Manager, and help define the course of the emerging Mobile Growth and Lifecycle business, created to deliver experiences suited to value-seeking customers.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative and analytical candidate, who must be able to work at both a strategic level and at the execution level.

This candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the customer funnel and possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with operating on large sets of data, engaging with senior leaders worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute tactical and strategic plans towards achieving the program vision and goals through efficient program, operations and stakeholder management
- Develop team goals and metrics that allow for accurate measurement and traction towards solving a business problem, achieve buy-in from stakeholders and actively report progress on the goals
- Work with marketing, tech and product management teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which solves a larger business problem
- Serve as leaders and point of contact for escalated contact resolution for complex problems
- Continuously perform data based Analytics to identify issues and report key insights, subsequently building data backed business cases
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders locally and around the world
