Senior Program Manager, DSP Value Added Services
Amazon.com
Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead global execution and operational scale of the Value Added Services (VAS) program, supporting the success of Amazon’s Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network. In this high-impact role, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of products that enhance DSP branding and operational efficiency across more than 4,000 entrepreneur-led businesses in 20+ countries.
You will define the global program strategy for key VAS offerings—such as uniforms and business efficiency tools—and drive their scalable execution across regions. Your work will enhance brand consistency, streamline DSP day-to-day operations, and reduce cognitive load for DSPs. From launching new tools and creating adoption mechanisms to managing vendor relationships and compliance frameworks, you’ll lead the full program lifecycle.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Tech, Ops, and Policy teams to ensure VAS products are aligned with global standards and meet the evolving needs of DSPs. You’ll also lead change management, performance tracking, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful regional execution.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator and builder with a proven track record in global program delivery, vendor management, and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent cross-functional leadership, and a passion for enabling small business success at scale. Our organization is based in the US, but we support DSP product development and operations globally. Domestic and international travel is required 10-20% of the time.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of branding initiatives, aligning stakeholders, defining program requirements, and managing end-to-end implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional Tech and Product teams to launch and scale VAS tools that reduce DSP operational complexity and improve efficiency.
• Drive adoption and change management for new programs through SOP development, stakeholder communication, and training.
• Monitor program health through KPI tracking and reporting; escalate risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across geos, aligning strategy, execution, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, resolve critical issues, manage escalations, and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy new VAS initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and process excellence.
• Create and distribute comprehensive program/process launch announcements for internal and external stakeholders, including program details, FAQs, and resource guides.
