Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our Apache Training Systems team in Hazelwood, MO.

In this role, the focus will be on existing contract execution on the Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) and developing proposals to grow the business with the United States Army customer.

Position Responsibilities

Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards)Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectivesIdentifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirementsEnsures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per planProvides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plansProvides assessment of team performance to appropriate managementDevelops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovationProvides in depth analysis; identify lessons learned, provide historical reports to incorporate into future project plansProvides input of team member performance to management, where appropriate

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills2+ years’ experience with Earned Value ManagementExperience with execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience working in a cross functional environmentExperience in Financial ManagementExperience in Proposal DevelopmentExperience with developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
