The Senior Program Director, Health Economics (MedTech) will be responsible for developing and deploying the strategy for programs, services, and technologies that improve access to structural heart treatment for patients, in domestic and international arenas. This role will seek to partner with hospital stakeholders (physicians, administrators, executives, quality) to improve operational, financial, and quality performance of structural heart programs. The role will partner with regional and functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for domestic and international health economics programs to drive value of the TAVR therapy and Edwards value proposition. The Sr. Director will oversee the team composition, role definition, recruiting, development, and retention of the Programs & Technologies team.
Work Schedule: Position location in Irvine, CA preferred but not required.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in a life science, health economics, health policy, or related field related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Senior Manager or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required
• Experience in one or more areas: health economics / market access, health care environments, project / program management
• Demonstrated track record in people management required
•Experience building programs, tools or resources in or for real world hospital settings
•Ability to drive alignment and lead projects without authority
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional project management
• Experience developing and deploying strategies
• Domestic and / or international travel up to 25%

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $209,000 to $296,000 (highly experienced).
