The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Program Control & Accounting Analyst to join our team supporting a high-impact program. This position works under general direction and will interface with Program Managers, Functional Leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support across multiple contracts. You will be instrumental in driving Earned Value Management (EVM) execution and performance measurement within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) structure.


As our ideal candidate, you have a grasp of EVM principles, excellent financial analysis skills, and the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of budget baselines, ensuring proper cost/schedule integrationAssist in preparation of budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC forecastsDevelop and submit monthly financial CDRLs, including IPMR reportsPerform variance analysis and provide insights to program leadershipIncorporate baseline changes into the EVM system using Deltek Cobra, SAP, and ExcelParticipate in and support the monthly program rhythm processProvide data-driven recommendations for program decisions and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (required)7+ years of Program Control, Project Control, or Financial Analysis experience (depending on level)Experience supporting government contracts or working in a DoD environment (preferred)Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and compliance (CPR/IPMR/IPMDAR)Familiar with Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and baseline change managementProficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, etc.)Experience with tools such as Deltek Cobra, MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera (a plus)Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), FAR/DFARS (a plus)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,200
