Senior Program Analyst - Top Secret Clearance

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior Program Analyst to oversee a team that manages aircraft and weapon system projects spanning a variety of security levels for a government program office. Responsibilities + Set team direction, goals, and timelines + Direct team work effort + Track program/project status and schedules + Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft and weapons system acquisition and product programs + Communicate with Government team counterparts + Provide analysis and feedback on team's effort Qualifications Minimum Qualifications + Education / Certifications: + BS/BA in a technical, business, or management field or equivalent experience. A BS/BA can be substituted with 4 additional years of related experience and an AA or AS degree. Or an additional 8 years of related experience. + 5 years of business/management/development/ integration experience with aircraft, weapons, and/or operations. Appropriate educational background may be substituted for experience. + Knowledge and capability in developing DoD systems acquisition requirements, documentation development, financial and/or technical requirements. + Knowledge and capability in planning, management, budgeting, coordinating technical requirements, and contract requirements. + Experience in developing briefs and documentation for senior leadership, DoD and/or service program acquisition, congressional and/or financial reviews. + 2 years current experience preparing project budgets. + 2 year current experience in analyzing and preparing acquisition documentation. + Experience preparing SOWs/CDRLs for technical and administrative contractor support. + Experience: + Set team direction, goals, and timelines + Direct team work effort + Track program/project status and schedules + Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft and weapons system acquisition and product programs + Communicate with Government team counterparts + Provide analysis and feedback on team's effort + Skills & Technology Used: + Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts associated with all program phases of product development + Technical depth and breadth in an Engineering or Business Management discipline + Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic multiple security environment + Experience with NAVAIR Acquisition Programs + Experience with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project + Experience with NAVAIR Systems Engineering Technical Review process. + Experience with DoD Risk and Opportunity management process. + Clearance Requirement: + + Top Secret + Travel: 10-25% What We Bring + + At V2X we strive to be market competitive in our total reward offerings. + The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. + The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company: USD $145,000 - $155,000 + Employee benefits include the following: + Healthcare coverage + Life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits + Retirement plan + Wellness programs + Paid time off, including holidays. + Learning and Development resources + Employee assistance resources + Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
