Job Description:
The Sr Program Administrator is responsible for recording and reporting financial data, providing support to the mPa management team, accurately recording, and reporting general ledger activity. This position reports directly to the mPa leadership team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage project administration on joint venture and tri-venture contractsPrepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and review data for accuracyEnsure that Contract terms and conditions meet Federal and State regulations and requirements are metProcess billing, including AIA requisitions & invoicesMonitor contract compliance in Prime, Subcontractors, Joint and Tri Venture AgreementsAssist with Balance Sheet preparation and Monthly Account reconciliationsMaintain and update Fixed Assets spreadsheetReview cash deposits and prepare cash receipt journal entriesFile and maintain all journal entries for internal and audit purpose.Assist in automating processes and proceduresTrack and report contract obligations are being metPerforms other duties as assigned by leadership team
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Possess 12+ years of accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred. Experience with Procurement on a major infrastructure project.Experience working with multiple partners on a major infrastructure project.Experience with Billing on a Major Project.Must be detail oriented.Proficient with Microsoft office programsExperience with Oracle accounting applicationsMust possess analytical skills and evaluation techniquesAbility to communicate clearly and conciselyAbility to manage multiple projects with attention to detailWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:
