WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Senior Professional, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand you will be part of the Retail Brand team Germany & Nordics, as part of the Integrated Retail team and report directly into the Manager, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand Germany & Nordics. In this role you will be based in Berlin and partner with the territory VM&S and EKIN (product education and trialing activation) teams, Brand Management, Nike Direct and Sales teams. You’ll also collaborate closely with the EMEA Retail Brand, Experience and Brand Creative teams as well as a cross functional team from Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver seasonal sport and lifestyle campaigns that elevate Nike’s brand distinction across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners.

You’ll lead integrated retail marketing campaigns and consumer activations across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners, ensuring every retail touchpoint reflects Nike’s priorities in sport and sport culture – lead by innovation, athletes and sport moments, activated with communities and amplified
with media, energy and entertainment in close collaboration with the functional teams. You’ll adapt EMEA strategies, drive territory-specific initiatives, and obsess over delivering a seamless consumer experience.

Develop and execute seasonal brand briefs and campaignsLead retail programming and activation across Nike Direct and partners storesDrive window and in-store zone strategies for brand distinctionManage multi-brand retail campaigns with marketplace partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless executionTrack seasonal budgets and partner with Account Marketing on spendEnsure alignment with Nike’s brand standards across all retail channels
