Who You’ll Work With
 

As a Producer in the Brand Creative Digital Studio, your focus will be on telling compelling, hyper local, social first stories that resonate within our market and beyond.
 

You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager to lead the Art Director, Narrative and Social Lead, and external creative partners across all workstreams.
 

Within Nike’s broader Marketing organization, you’ll collaborate with teams across Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Procurement. You’ll also connect with EMEA City Studios and the Global team to strengthen Nike’s creative network.

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join Nike’s Brand Creative Digital Studio in London. This role is central to bringing powerful, social first stories to life across digital, physical, and experiential platforms.
 

The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and solution oriented, with strong production and project management experience. They thrive under pressure, communicate clearly, and know how to get the best out of creative partners and teams. A passionate, creative thought partner who gets energized by the process of bringing creative ideas to life, you play a pivotal role and are instrumental in developing and delivering the best creative on behalf of Nike.
 

You will have a wealth of experience when it comes to working directly with creatives, and also commissioning work from a varied and broad network of agencies and creative individuals. From being on set handling the production of a shoot, to commissioning an illustrator or 3D artist, you’re motivated by the challenge of learning as you go.
 

No matter how complex the project, you will be comfortable keeping the team focused on key priorities, are not afraid to ask for advice or challenge, and are able to anticipate potential complications and collaborate with your team to find solutions. You speak up, challenge the brief or project scope, and prioritize new thinking. You simplify complex information and clear obstacles to give space for the best possible creative solutions. You bring people together through challenging moments knowing exactly how to bring the best out of everyone.

What You’ll Work On
 

If this is you, you’ll lead production across all key workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.
 

Day-to-day, you will focus on leading execution across multiple mediums delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll work collaboratively to deliver against the brief on time and within budget. From project to project you’ll commission various creative partners from world renowned agencies to up and coming individuals, expanding upon your established & trusted industry relationships.
 

As part of the wider production team (who are based in EHQ) you’ll drive best practice and help always ensure functional excellence, inclusive of art buying and creative thought-partnership. As an individual, you have experience in, and comfort with, leading projects on your own.
 

Aside from the day-to-day, you may also be required to manage freelance Producers within the productions you manage, consistently supporting their individual growth. You will also be comfortable navigating the operations of the studio, working closely with the Snr Manager to direct traffic, operations and resources. This will include collaborating on the operational budget, recruitment, contracting freelance talent, software licenses, managing team FTOs and ensuring workload is covered.
