**We are searching for the best talent for Senior Production Support Technician (Segundo Turno)**
**Purpose:** Independently, or under limited or null supervision, works on complex by nature assignments, which require considerable criteria, judgment and initiative in order to solve problems and issue recommendations. The operations technician is responsible for maintaining, complete setups and repairs of the equipment of the production lines. He/she is responsible for ensuring that all the nonplanned maintenance work assigned to him/her for all the production equipment is performed, keeping the expected levels of the Department in the GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). Compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) making observations and communicating them to his/her supervisor for their correction
**You will be responsible for:**
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position:
+ Provides solutions to the problems in manufacturing of current and new models.
+ Performs basic operational diagnostics tests, solves problems and disconnects components, subassemblies and manufacturing systems, processes and equipment with the purpose of isolating failures, determining the solution and performing the necessary trainings.
+ Analyses the non‑conformant product in the production line, determines the root cause and proposes corrective actions working as a team with the manufacturing supervisor and with the engineering and quality departments.
+ Starts, adjusts and operates basic laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
+ Performs simple tests to the processes/products, as well as audits in compliance with quality and/or other regulatory requirements.
+ Conducts tests and basic evaluations, experimental tests and design proposal research under operational conditions, recording the procedures and results of the tests, as well as the numeric and graphical data for review by Operations.
+ Can provide recommendations and technical support in new projects, process improvements and quality investigations.
+ Can support the diagnostic and analysis for product customer complaints, performs the awareness session for operators, determines the root cause and proposes correction and corrective actions working as a team with the manufacturing supervisor and with the engineering, quality and failure analysis laboratory departments.
+ Can support the solutions to problems referring to the product in question, evaluating systems, components and electrical or testing equipment.
+ Can support the solution to problems referring to product customer complaints, evaluating systems, components and electrical or testing equipment.
+ Provides support to operators, group leaders and trainers in areas related to the discipline, and performs inspections to his/her own work.
+ Follows standardized procedures while performing his/her tasks, when applicable.
+ Follows the Convenient Information Retention Administration Policies of J&J and of the Campus, including record retention program, training and education, Document Retention Notices, record cleanup, inactive records, Information Management and Vital Records when applicable.
+ Other responsibilities can be assigned and not all the responsibilities listed here must be assigned.
+ Has completed the environment and safety training appropriate for his/her discipline, and is responsible for communicating business‑related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
+ Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
+ For those who supervise or manage staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, when applicable.
+ Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies and procedures.
+ Performs other duties assigned as needed.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ Technical career studies or equivalent, high school or truncated career, and leadership.
+ Ability for the resolution of failures in aspects or areas of manufacturing.
+ Ability to integrate into work groups.
+ Knowledge of the product manufactured by the Company.
+ Ability to use measuring and testing equipment associated with the specific discipline.
+ Basic ability to read and understand technical documentation associated with the specific discipline.
+ Capacity to successfully complete the departmental and corporate manufacturing training courses.
+ Ability to learn about regulatory requirements (GMP and GDP).
+ Ability to use computers and related software.
