Performs and tracks sample receipt, management of reagents and supplies, and general housekeeping. Tests samples of finished goods under limited supervision. Participates in implementation of risk mitigations and continuous improvement projects with limited supervision. Follows formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems. Uses data to identify risks and improvement opportunities, and implements risk mitigations and process improvements with limited support. Assists other team members in executing tasks that are both routine and complex. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with team. **You will be responsible for** **:** o Provides solutions to the problems in manufacturing of current and new models. o Performs basic operational diagnostics test. Solves problems and disconnects components, subassemblies and manufacturing systems, processes and equipment with the purpose of isolating failures, determine the solution and perform the necessary trainings. o Analyses the non-conformant product in the production line; determines the root cause and proposes corrective actions working as a team with the manufacturing supervisor and with the engineering and quality departments. o Starts, adjusts and operates basic laboratory and manufacturing equipment. o Performs simple tests to the processes/products, as well as audits in compliance with quality and/or other regulatory requirements. o Conducts tests and basic evaluations, experimental tests and design proposal researches under operational conditions. Under limited supervision, performs tests and analyses product, supports research and provides feedback to the associates of the failure analysis. o Develops reports in PowerPoint and presents the action plan to management. o Audits the production processes. o Participates in Process Improvements Implementation, defects and scrap reduction. o Leads and coaches support technicians I and II. **Qualifications / Requirements:** o Technical career studies or equivalent, high school or truncated career. o The years of experience can be replaced/equivalent to a completed professional career. o 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, group leader position and/or training related to the position preferably. o At least 3 years of experience in the products manufactured by Biosense Webster or similar products. o Two years of experience as Production Support Technician preferably. o Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures. o Knowledge to audit production processes. o Able to enter data on spread sheet and database applications. o Medium Knowledge of Problem Solving and Failure Analysis. o Knowledge of Product Customer Complaints investigation. o Leadership. o Ability for the resolution of failures, in aspects or areas of manufacturing. o Ability to integrate to work groups. o Knowledge of the product manufactured by the Company. o Ability to use measuring and testing equipment associated to the specific discipline. o Basic ability to read and understand technical documentation associated to the specific discipline. o Capacity to successfully complete the departmental/corporate courses of training in manufacturing techniques. o Ability to learn about regulatory requirements (GMP and GDP). o Ability to use computers and related software.
