The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor plays a key role on our Operations Team. In this role, the supervisor is responsible for overall performance through leading the production team to continuously improve safety, quality, schedule, and cost while ensuring talent development of the team. Sets day-to-day activities and assists in managing and monitoring production operations, maintenance, inventory control, scheduling and personnel.
