Job Description Insight Global is seeking to hire a Senior User Researcher with a concentration in AI powered tooling or design systems experience. The Researcher will be aligned to an AI team focused to deliver 8 AI tools that will help drive efficiencies within the internal design system team. This person will oversee the qualitative and quantitative research for the product suite, customer experiences and research with the internal team to figure out what tools will suite the teams needs. The team will be a total of 12 people and this role will work directly with a Director, Designer, Developers and Program Manager. Candidates should be proactive, be able to networking with internal teams, and deliver insights based on research findings. Candidates should expect to work with multiple stakeholders, handle presentations and deliver updates to teams involved in the work.
