Join the EAME Distribution Team as a Senior Product Support Operations Rep, where your critical thinking skills and analytical mind will be put at task. EAME Distribution’s mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through industry-best distribution performance. We provide governance and administration of Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.
Role Definition - Provides support for dealer specific product or service development.
Responsibilities
Prioritizes development activities with dealers and accesses resources to support.
Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth.
Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department.
Background/Experience:
Preferably Engineering background or equivalent experience in field service
Proven experience in field service assignments (10+ years) with proven track record and has demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively in the work group, dealer personnel and customers.
Knowledge in dealer and/or customer market needs
Experience in process improvement, marketplace competitive analysis.
Experience in parts and services.
Strong Program and project management experience.
Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
Change management and influencing skills.
Proficient in English.
Travel more than 50%
