担当製品の日本マーケットの担当者として信頼を得る必要がある。グローバルビジネスユニットのパートナー、他社製品の販売取引の場合は外部パートナー、および戦略的アライアンスチームと緊密に連携する事新製品発売戦略の構築を主導および調整し、タイムリーかつ効果的な上市に導く。日本の薬事部門や他社製品の場合は外部パートナー等、すべての関連するステークホルダーと連携する事表面的なことだけでなく、マーケットで実際に起きていることに常に注意を払い、前もってリスクに対処し、かつ成長のチャンスを見定める事

Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”

特定の製品または製品ポートフォリオの日本市場での成功に明確な責任を持つ事担当製品の市場における営業戦略の立案・調整を行う。日本市場のダイナミズムを深く理解し、営業部およびグローバルビジネスユニットの担当者と緊密に連携し、効果的に戦略を実行する事価格設定、品質関連事項の管理、および製品在庫管理といった、担当製品または製品ポートフォリオのライフサイクルマネジメントの責任を持つ事既存・新製品の正しいバリュー・プロポジション(value proposition:価値の提案)を定義するために、市場調査を企画主導し、成長余地をとらえ、既存製品およびパイプラインにある製品のValue proposition　(訴求価値)を定義し、戦略を策定する事

Job Experience

医療関連企業のプロダクトマーケティング業務経験がある事

Skills/Knowledge

英語と日本語の両方で優れたコミュニケーション能力を有する事優れた文書作成能力及びプレゼンテーション能力を有する事

Competency

ビジネス領域全体でイノベーションを推進し、ベスト・プラクティスと知識の共有できる事プロセス、システム、製品、またはサービスを大幅に改善、適応させる取り組みに参加できる事

Education

学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)

Nice to Haves

Job Experience

生体情報モニタや呼吸管理等に関連する事業のマーケティング経験があることはプラス

Work Location 
本ポジションは、週に1回程度の出社が必要となります。
