What You'll Be Doing

Senior Product Owner will define and execute the Wealth roadmap for secure document upload, sharing and client data exchange. This role will lead the strategy and delivery of capabilities that modernize how clients, advisors and partners securely submit, access, share and manage documentation and client data across onboarding and servicing journeys.  Shapes the product vision, building and managing the roadmap, and driving end-to-end execution in close partnership with technology, operations, risk, legal, compliance and Wealth stakeholders. 

You will lead discovery to understand end-to-end document collection, validation and sharing journeys across Wealth, including agent-assisted, advisor-led, and hybrid onboarding models. 

and assess current-state processes, technologies, and constraints across Wealth platforms; identify gaps, duplication, and friction points.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $92,490 to $127,200.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.

In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

How you'll succeed

Product Vision & Strategy - Own and evolve the strategy for secure document and client data capabilities across Wealth. Establish a scalable, future-ready approach that supports onboarding, servicing, advisor collaboration, and enterprise modernization priorities.

Roadmap & Execution - Develop and manage a multi-year roadmap focused on improving how documents and client data are securely collected, shared, accessed and governed. Ensure priorities balance client experience, operational efficiency, risk and compliance and long-term platform scalability.

Secure document & Data Capabilities - Guide the evolution of capabilities such as secure upload and sharing, digital storage, structured client data collection, and controlled access to information. Define how these capabilities integrate into onboarding and servicing journeys, enabling more seamless, secure and efficient experiences for clients and advisors.

Platform Integration & Modernization - Assess current processes, technologies, and workflows to identify opportunities to streamline document and data exchange, reduce manual effort, and enable stronger integration with Wealth onboarding, advisor and servicing platforms.

Cross-Functional Delivery - Lead delivery from discovery through implementation, working closely with Technology, Operations, Marketing, Fraud, Risk and Wealth partners. Translate business needs into clear product requirements and ensure measurable outcomes tied to adoption, efficiency, and client experience.

Who You Are

You demonstrate 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role within Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services. you have Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and backlog management in complex enterprise environments.

You show expertise in process mapping and re-engineering (e.g., Visio), including current- and future-state design. You have solid understanding of Wealth onboarding models, including advisor-led and agent-assisted processes. Ability to assess and work within complex technology ecosystems, including platform integrations. 

You are a strong communicator. You have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. 

Your influence makes an impact. You build strong relationships across business and technology, and you’re comfortable influencing at multiple levels. 

You think end-to-end. You naturally connect client experience, operational workflows, technology, and regulatory considerations.
