What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Product Owner will work across self-directed and advisor-led platforms to understand onboarding requirements, identify gaps and deliver scalable digital onboarding solutions that align with Wealth business needs, regulatory obligations and enterprise technology standards .
The role requires a deep understanding of Wealth onboarding journeys including self-directed and advisor led models, as well as the ability to assess existing technology stacks and operational processes. Working closely with business, operations, technology and risk partners, the Senior Product Owner will identify gaps, define requirements and shape solutions that align to Wealth business needs, regulatory obligations and enterprise technology standards.
As part of this mandate, the role will leverage existing best-in-class onboarding capabilities within Wealth and determine when to extend, adapt or integrate those capabilities to enable broader enterprise onboarding modernization. The Senior Product Owner will act as a connector across Wealth lines of business, owning end-to end onboarding capabilities from discovery through delivery, and ensuring solutions meet the needs of both clients and advisors while supporting long-term scalability and reuse.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $92,490 to $127,200.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

How You'll Succeed
Onboarding strategy & Optimization - Own and evolve the digital onboarding product vision and roadmap, with a mandate that spans Investor’s Edge and broader Wealth platforms. Lead discovery to understand end-to-end onboarding journeys across Wealth, including agent-assisted, advisor-led, and hybrid onboarding models. Assess current-state onboarding processes, technologies, and constraints across Wealth platforms; identify gaps, duplication, and friction points. Define and document business requirements, functional requirements, and integration needs to enable scalable digital onboarding capabilities.
Onboarding Design and Product Backlog Management - Leverage Investor’s Edge DCO best practices to inform enterprise onboarding design, recommending when to extend, integrate, or adapt existing capabilities. Own and manage complex product backlogs, ensuring initiatives are well-prioritized, clearly defined, and aligned to business value and regulatory needs.
Collaboration - Partner closely with technology, UX, operations, risk, compliance, and Wealth stakeholders to deliver compliant, user-centric solutions.
Process Engineering, Service Design, and Solution Analysis - Apply strong process engineering and service design principles to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve client and advisor experience. Analyze business problems and propose end-to-end, scalable solutions with clear success metrics. Support testing, release, and implementation activities, ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria and enterprise quality standards. Monitor performance, operational outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Trend Analysis and Innovation in Wealth Onboarding - Stay current on Wealth, brokerage, onboarding, and regulatory trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and modernization.
Who You Are
You demonstrate 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role within Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services. you have Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and backlog management in complex enterprise environments.
You show expertise in process mapping and re-engineering (e.g., Visio), including current- and future-state design. You have solid understanding of Wealth onboarding models, including advisor-led and agent-assisted account opening. Ability to assess and work within complex technology ecosystems, including platform integrations.
You are a strong communicator. You have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Your influence makes an impact. You build strong relationships across business and technology, and you’re comfortable influencing at multiple levels.
You think end-to-end. You naturally connect client experience, operational workflows, technology, and regulatory considerations.
