Role Responsibilities
Across the CLM technology, the Product Owner will be responsible for:
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and lead the technology product strategy and roadmap, including their alignment with overall business goalsStakeholder Management: Primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve the product, and manage queries and issues raisedProduct Development Lifecycle: Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, and track progress to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryProduct Specialist: Analyse and understand detailed product needs of clients, and define requirements and functional designs for product enhancementsCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data analytics, and business stakeholders, to drive product development and implementationBAU Operation: Oversee BAU issues raised to ensure prompt resolution and help identify thematic trends to be resolved through product enhancementChange Management: Establish and operate change governance for the product, including following companywide processes for project reporting, change management & budgetingRisk Management: Manage product risk events, including raising, reviewing, and managing mitigation and resolutionExperience / Competences
Essential
Proven experience in defining product vision for IT and Operations servicesSuccessful track record of technology delivery, including working within teams of up to 8 staff, and management of weekly delivery of sprints for 2-3 teamsResults oriented with personal accountabilityExcellent skills to facilitate a collaborative environment and foster a culture of respect and excellenceSolid understanding of the full project life cycle and application of Agile frameworkExperience in managing change priorities, including understanding priorities, aligning stakeholders, and communicating effectively to stakeholders and delivery teamsShows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environmentsExcellent analysis and problem solving skills, including for operational and business challengesAbility to build a deep understanding of CLM processes, functionality, and underlying technologiesDemonstrates strong customer focusOpen to innovative ideas and ability to create new ideas, approaches or insightsExcellent communication skills at all levels (both written and oral) and across functionsDemonstrates ability to work effectively with others, and building relationships and networks with internal and external staffConstructively handles disagreements to reach a resolutionAbility to work with diverse groups/ personalitiesTakes initiative, with strong personal organisation skills to work to tight deadlinesSeeks opportunities to improve their own and the team’s capabilityProjects personal credibilityNon Essential
