We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Reactivations to lead initiatives that drive customer reactivation and lifecycle growth across our Meal Kit and Ready-to-Heat (RTH) businesses. In this role, you will own end-to-end product marketing strategy for reactivations, from influencing product development to shaping customer messaging and lifecycle journeys, ensuring our products are at the heart of our storytelling and our communications inspire lapsed customers to return.

What you’ll doAs a senior member of the Product Marketing team, you will:
Craft Messaging That Puts the Product FirstDevelop value propositions and messaging frameworks that make our products the hero—clearly articulating their value to former customers across all Reactivation channels. Drive End-to-End Product Marketing
Partner closely with CRM, Product, Brand, and Creative to identify product opportunities, shape the roadmap, and align marketing strategy with feature development. Shape Personalized Reactivation Journeys
Use behavioral and attitudinal insights to co-create meaningful lifecycle journeys that reconnect customers with the right product experience at the right time. Lead Cross-Market Alignment
Equip local teams with scalable playbooks, insights, and tools to execute consistent and impactful reactivation efforts across markets. Champion Customer-Centric Innovation
Ensure every initiative, whether it’s a feature, campaign, or journey, is rooted in customer needs and delivers measurable value. Orchestrate End-to-End Execution
Translate strategy into action: manage timelines, guide cross-functional delivery, and ensure global alignment across teams. Optimize Messaging Through Testing
Continuously test and refine positioning and messaging using customer research, brand tracking, and experimentation frameworks. Build Data-Driven Reactivation Journeys
Collaborate with CRM and Product to design automated, insight-led journeys tailored to customer segments and behaviors. Influence Product Development
Act as the voice of the lapsed customer, feeding insights into the product roadmap and co-shaping features that unlock reactivation potential. Scale Market Enablement
Deliver global toolkits, messaging templates, and training that empower local markets to execute with excellence. What you’ll bring 6+ years in Product Marketing, Lifecycle, or Brand roles in eCommerce, consumer tech, or FMCG. Proven experience developing messaging and lifecycle strategies that drive reactivation or retention. Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and partner closely with tech and product teams. Deep understanding of customer segmentation, brand research, and behavioral data. Exceptional project management skills; able to juggle complex initiatives across multiple markets. Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder influence at strategic and operational levels. Analytical and experimentation-driven; confident using data to inform direction and measure success. What we offer
