We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Amazon Bedrock team. Amazon Bedrock, the easiest and fastest way for companies to build and scale generative AI, is one of the fastest growing services in AWS history, Amazon Bedrock is at the forefront of the generative AI technology wave including Agentic AI. In this role, you will focus on marketing our agent building capabilities to technical decision makers and developers. AI agents are transforming how businesses operate. As organizations increasingly develop AI agents to augment their operations, you'll shape the strategy and narrative that helps them understand and implement these solutions effectively. You will support the capabilities that enable enterprises to rapidly build and deploy product-ready agents. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business transformation.
As a key team member in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to help lead early market development efforts, establish compelling messaging, drive global growth, and help shape the future this AI-powered technology that will have a significant impact on our customers’ businesses. You will partner closely with AWS Executives, Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Partner leads.
Key job responsibilities
* Work cross-functionally to create compelling launch moments
* Define product positioning and messaging
* Work with business development and specialist sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies including creating messaging to enable thousands of sellers
* Create clear, technical marketing content that resonates with both developers and technical decision-makers
* Work with analysts and manage relationships with key industry influencers
* Define and track key business metrics that demonstrate impact
* Partner with product team to influence roadmap based on market and customer insights
* Develop executive-level narratives and presentations for industry events and customer engagements
* Work effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve our joint business goals

About the team
The product marketing team works on creating compelling positioning and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns that will help customers do more with AI. We all have a bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (e.g., website, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, print collateral, sales enablement tools, etc.). We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on service adoptions. We transition from working on strategic plans or creative ideation to detailed execution, multiple times per day. We all work together and pick each other up when workloads shift. This helps us manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
