Job PurposeThe Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability of assigned brands across Respiratory, CVS, and Orthopedic portfolios. The role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent execution capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage product life cycles, including launches, line extensions, and maturity-phase optimization.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Lead promotional strategy development, including positioning, messaging, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure aligned planning and effective execution.
Support the sales force through training programs, sales tools, cycle meetings, and field force engagement.
Monitor brand performance through KPIs, market data, and financial analysis, taking corrective actions as needed.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements EducationBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine (mandatory).
ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
Experience managing brands in Respiratory, Cardiovascular (CVS), and/or Orthopedic therapy areas is highly preferred.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and promotional strategies.
Skills & CompetenciesStrong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, product life cycle management, and brand positioning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
