Senior Product Manager - Technical, Seller Success Programs

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical Senior Product Manager – Technical (PM-T) to join the Seller Success Programs team. This role will own the product vision and execution for identifying, scoring, and prioritizing high-potential sellers and differentiated selection at the top of the funnel.
The PM-T will be responsible for developing scalable systems that determine which sellers Amazon recruits and prioritizes, and for ensuring these signals are consistently consumed across onboarding, verification, and early growth experiences. This includes owning end-to-end seller identification and lead enrichment capabilities, translating business goals into technical requirements, and partnering closely with engineering and science teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can operate independently in a complex space, make principled tradeoffs using data, and influence across teams and organizations to deliver measurable business impact.
