**What you will do:** + Manage New Product Introductions effectively + Develop and execute state of the art promotional and educational programs + Drive price and product mix to maximize sales and profitability + Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon champions and KOLs + Standardize and implement sales and marketing best practices across geographies + Play an active role in the IBP process as appropriate + Take responsibility for demand generation and forecasting accuracy + Partner with Education Team to deliver best in class sales force training + Drive and influence sales force focus, effort and results + Be the market subject matter expert for the Endoscopy products, understanding market trends, competitive intelligence, product performance and evidence requirements **What you need:** + Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred + Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least 3–5 years as a Product Manager in the medical technology, pharmaceutical or related industry + Business results focused + Fluent in Polish and English + Highly developed and effective influencing and communication skills + Self-starter + Demonstrates strong empathy with Customers, Colleagues and Staff + Problem solver + Prepared to take ownership + Results orientated + Passionate about Endoscopy + Works well under pressure Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.
