Summary:  

Develops and directs marketing programs for a significant product or product category. Compiles and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality. Establishes marketing strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development, to manage a product or product category's life cycle. Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications. Prepares and coordinates product introductions and updates. 

What you will do:

Manage New Product Introductions effectively Develop and execute state of the art promotional and educational programs Drive price and product mix to maximize sales and profitability Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon champions and KOLs Standardize and implement sales and marketing best practices across geographies Play an active role in the IBP process as appropriate Take responsibility for demand generation and forecasting accuracy Partner with Education Team to deliver best in class sales force training Drive and influence sales force focus, effort and results Be the market subject matter expert for the Endoscopy products, understanding market trends, competitive intelligence, product performance and evidence requirements 

What you need:  

Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least 3–5 years as a Product Manager in the medical technology, pharmaceutical or related industryBusiness results focused Fluent in Polish and EnglishHighly developed and effective influencing and communication skillsSelf-starter Demonstrates strong empathy with Customers, Colleagues and Staff Problem solver Prepared to take ownership Results orientated Passionate about Endoscopy Works well under pressure
