Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and roadmap for our restaurant technology portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Shape and evolve the vision for restaurant technology, including back-office systems, POS, kiosks, inventory, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and kitchen display systems.
Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and operational realities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, to gather input, gain buy-in, and communicate the “why” behind product decisions.
Operational Empathy: Understand café operations deeply—how new technologies are implemented, piloted, and trained across teams.
Technology Evaluation: Assess and improve back-of-house systems, with a strong focus on POS and labor/inventory management.
Product Ownership: Drive product outcomes using tools like Synergy Suite, CrunchTime, Rest365, and ParPOS. Experience with Micros, Symphony, or Toast is a plus.
Influence Without Authority: Work closely with engineering and a dedicated Business Analyst to define user stories and ensure delivery of the right solutions.
Team Collaboration: Partner with 4–5 other Product Managers in a matrixed environment to align priorities and share insights.
Salary Expectations - $140-160K, negotiated based on experience

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
Experience within restaurant technology - proven track with start to finish product implementation
Proven ability to lead without direct reports, influencing engineering and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business problems and opportunities clearly.
Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a bias toward action and ownership.
Familiarity with restaurant operations and technology implementation processes.
