You get energized by customers—their challenges, feedback, and that “aha!” moment when you co-create something that clicks. + You’ve led, launched, or delivered business-impacting initiatives that didn’t exist before you. + You thrive on collaboration, quick feedback loops, and making smarter bets, faster. + Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features. + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. **Preferred:** + Background in Market Access within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. + Experience using SQL or other data access tools to enable self-discovery of data. + Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies. _Please Note - All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
