About the role
The role of experienced Product Owner is required to manage end to end product activities and high-quality delivery of Payrix new products, enhancements, and releases to market.
Execute the product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in development and requirements. BA, Develop Support, QA and GTM.
What you will be doing
Engage and interact with stakeholders during planning sessions, gaining a detailed understanding of user requirements. Function as Voice of Customer.Prepares and presents product plans. Identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.Establish and articulate a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.Manage product plan by prioritising and scoping features, enhancements, bugs relating to the product, integration needs and technology advancements.Managing delivery expectations and requirements for success. Including Release, GTM, Support documentation.Assist the Head of Product with content for product roadmaps.Ensures timely delivery, clear visibility and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps.Jumping into Product technical meetings, assisting engineering teams.
Supporting requirements and acting as decision maker and sign off.
What you bring:
3+ years’ experience in a similar Product Management or Product Owner roleExperience in the SaaS FinTech / Payments / Banking spaceExcellent Project Management Documentation and Process skillsAtlassian Suite user - Confluence and JiraData Driven analysis.Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle and scrum processesTechnical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and designExcellent technical and non-technical problem-solving skillsProven success prioritising commercial and/or business critical projectsAbility to communicate recommendations effectively to executive managementAbility to understand and apply technical concepts.Flexibility, versatility, dependabilityAdded bonus if you have
