Senior Product Manager II, MarTech Alliance
The role

As a Senior Product Manager II in the Communications Tribe at HelloFresh, you will own the end‑to‑end customer‑facing communications platform that powers every email, push notification, in‑app message, and emerging channel we use worldwide. Your mission is to design scalable tools and workflows that enable our Marketing and Product teams to craft, review, and launch data‑driven CRM campaigns and experiments with confidence and speed. This is a highly strategic role with outsized impact on how millions of customers experience our brand every day.

What you’ll do Map opportunities & pain points for internal Marketing and Product partners, enabling them to ideate, configure, and QA CRM experiments and campaigns rapidly. Define and maintain a clear platform roadmap that balances near‑term experimentation velocity with long‑term architecture, reliability, and compliance needs. Evaluate build, buy, or hybrid solutions—partnering with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to choose the fastest, most cost‑effective path to value. Champion data‑driven decision‑making: establish KPIs, instrumentation plans, and experimentation frameworks to measure campaign performance and platform health. Lead execution: write crisp PRDs, prioritise ruthlessly, and support Engineering through delivery; ensure launches land smoothly and learnings feed back into the roadmap. Drive cross‑functional rituals that align Marketing, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Legal/Privacy stakeholders around a shared vision for customer communications. Continuously improve tooling & processes - from template management and localisation workflows to audience segmentation and send‑time optimisation. What you’ll bring 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling platform, data, or CRM/marketing automation products in B2C or B2B environments. Proven success partnering with Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to take products from concept to global rollout. Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous problem spaces - crafting strategy, articulating trade‑offs, and rallying teams around clear outcomes. Deep understanding of CRM/marketing automation ecosystems (ESP/CDP, segmentation, orchestration, deliverability, experimentation) and the underlying data flows & APIs. A data‑first mindset: comfortable defining success metrics, designing experiments, and translating insights into roadmap decisions. Excellent communication & stakeholder‑management skills—able to influence at all levels and navigate competing priorities across Marketing and Product functions. An agile, iterative approach with a bias toward delivering value incrementally while maintaining long‑term platform vision.

Hands‑on technical background (e.g., software engineering, data engineering, or integration architecture) that enables deep collaboration with platform engineers. Experience migrating legacy CRM systems or consolidating multi‑brand communication platforms at scale. Familiarity with modern CDPs, event‑driven architectures, and real‑time personalisation engines.
