Job DescriptionSenior Product Managers are the architects of product offerings and the key drivers of product line success and adoption by the merchant and partners. They drive the vision & strategy of the product line and its delivery and execution across the organization. We are launching exciting and innovative products in the payment space.
Senior Product Manager, Domestic schemes processing will be part of a team responsible for defining a comprehensive strategy to expand its payments processing footprint globally. They will be responsible for interfacing with regulators, acquirers and processing partners and defining the integration with partners.
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the development organization in delivering requirements, tracking execution and in commercializing the payments products in-market. The Product manager has direct P&L responsibility and any initiatives developed for that gateway by performing a cost and ROI analysis.
Specific Responsibilities will also include:
Build, Maintain, communicate, and execute against a prioritized product roadmap for an integrated payment processing strategy for Visa Acceptance SolutionsIn-depth knowledge of payments environments of Brands/ Issuers/ processors / Acquirers/ Payment Facilitators models is a necessityUnderstanding of scheme compliance asks, prior knowledge and experience in ensuring timely product updates to be compliant.Knowledge and experience with payments Processor and scheme specs with emphasis on Major card and domestic schemes Base specsExperienced in creating/developing and setting up the boarding experience for new featuresInterface with key processing clients, identifying and recommending the right partners and solutionsProduce detailed product, functional and technical requirements that will drive product development, testing and deploymentProvide analytical insight and assistance to Sales with strategies to drive revenues and transaction growthEvangelize Visa Acceptance Solutions processing capabilities and work closely with Sales and Support to drive product market launches and merchant acquisitionExperience in collaborating with partners and providing great experienceThis is a hybrid position. Qualifications10 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD10+ years of experience required with 6+ years proven in PaymentsDemonstrated business and technical experience in card processing and establishing connections to payment processorsApplicable hands on knowledge and experience of ISO , EMV, P2PE, retail transaction processingBuild products that address merchant, acquirers and partners transactions processing asks in omni-channel environment.Ability to identify, document and prioritize use cases and product functionality requirements for the execution of a cohesive product offeringProven record of designing and delivering solutions in partnership with external partners, sales, business development, technology and support teams for successful end to end product launchExceptional written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional linesAbility to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at onceSolid interpersonal skills with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
