Senior Product Manager

Our division’s mission is help people live better liver through better health by resorting health and improving quality of life through the design and development of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease. This position will identify and analyze businesses, products, technologies and ideas that may enhance and add value to Abbott Structural Heart and its operating units. Focus on promote Abbott's Structural Heart devices in Hong Kong/Taiwan, collaborate with APAC/Mainland China, maintain business growth and profitability in an ethical manner complying with local relevant laws and Abbott's code of business conduct, and lead educational initiatives related to SH technologies. **Job Responsibilities** • Participate in developing SH Hong Kong & Taiwan product marketing strategic plan. Responsible for tactical and operational planning, organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth. Plan and work toward achieving company vision, objectives as well as divisional mission and strategies • Monitor product line performance, feedback from customers and Sales, and propose adjustments to strategic plans/tactics. Achieve annual goals for sales, margin, market share and expense budget. Manage assigned budget effectively • Lead in the development of local marketing objectives and strategies, and ensure their successful execution. Evaluate the opportunity and potential for new products and new market development. • Work closely with the HKTW/Greater China team on program development and implementation • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency; S&OP forecast management • Define clear and specific priorities for the development of new marketing programs and enhancements by defining customer needs and working with other internal functional groups • Expand sales through innovative commercial programs, key opinion leader development, and patient education • Conceive and implement effective, innovative healthcare worker education programs to raise the level of technical/clinical knowledge in local market on ongoing basis • Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets. Analyze market trends, project future growth, maintain demand forecasts, and participate in relevant supply reviews to identify supply requirements, establish launch timelines, and develop contingency plans where needed • Develop, implement and update product training to sales force and distributors on an ongoing basis • Ensure all business activities comply with Abbott’s Codes of Business Conduct, legal requirements and ethical standards • Be a Goal-Oriented Self-Starter, build up and maintain valuable strategic plan and marketing plan dashboards, market share dashboard, HKTW event calendar for review **Requirements: Education and Experience** • Bachelor’s degree or above • 5+ years marketing experience in related area • Customer focused; comprehensive industry knowledge • Strong knowledge of computer based programs including spreadsheets and graphics • Innovation & Initiative • Strong Influencing and interpersonal skills • Strong command of written and spoken in English • Sales experience, especially in cardiovascular devices or related fields • High level of commitment and initiative; can work independently under pressure and achieve effective results An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
