Job Description
Develop, optimize and implement the Annual Marketing Plan of Botox in Tx.Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs.Monitor market trends, competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities. Work closely with cross-functional team as well as Botox cosmetic to synergy marketing resource.Ensure the integrity of Botox therapeutic marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policiesEffectively development and manage promotional budget to deliver annual marketing planLead open, consistent and clear communication between sales and marketingUpdate sales force training material and implement the new employee orientation training.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine sciencePharmaceutical sales and an additional pharmaceutical marketing experience

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)

   Team work spirit   Good communication skills (written and spoken)   Proactive and independent attitude   Good level of English language both in spoken /written
