In this high-impact role, you will define how millions of users access and interact with critical payroll data, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance while setting the industry standard for user experience. You will drive the product roadmap for features that impact how clients receive essential communications and utilize reporting tools, requiring collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate balances strategic vision with execution, ensuring that our reporting suites are intuitive, scalable, and leverage modern data visualization techniques. To be successful, you stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. You love evangelizing about your product, and you communicate with confidence. To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple team's efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders technical or non-technical.
