In this high-impact role, you will define how millions of users access and interact with critical payroll data, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance while setting the industry standard for user experience. You will drive the product roadmap for features that impact how clients receive essential communications and utilize reporting tools, requiring collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand.
