Senior Product Manager
The Windows Cloud Experience (WCX) team delivers the future of cloud-powered Windows through products like Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365. We empower organizations and individuals to securely access their Windows experience from anywhere, on any device. We are seeking a **Senior Product Manager** to drive security, identity, access management, and data protection capabilities across WCX products. In this role, you will define product strategy, shape customer experiences, and work closely with engineering, design, and security partners to ensure Windows in the cloud remains the most trusted platform for modern work. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Define and execute product strategy for security, identity, access control, and data protection across Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop. + Partner with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Security, and Endpoint teams to deliver seamless and compliant security experiences. + Translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into product roadmaps and prioritized features. + Drive innovation in Zero Trust access, conditional access, encryption, and insider risk mitigation. + Engage with enterprise customers, partners, and field teams to gather insights and validate product direction. + Measure success through adoption, security outcomes, customer satisfaction, and compliance alignment. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. + Strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity systems, access control, data protection and/or endpoint/ device management + Deep understanding of cloud, SaaS and B2B technologies + Experience defining and executing product strategy, especially in enterprise or cloud environments + Proven track record of building and launching customer-facing features at scale. + Ability to balance business, security, and technical priorities with strong execution skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. **Other Requirements:** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: + **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. + 2+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product-market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). + 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). + 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, replacing an established competing product). Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
